1965 P/L Dollar Struck Through Grease And A Wire?

This is a 1965 PL dollar (SB, P5), still in the pliofilm. It has a large divot in front of the Queen's face. There also seems to be a struck-through wire near the "TH" of ELIZABETH. Do people have a view on whether the divot is perhaps Struck Through Grease?

For the error collectors out there.....any opinions on the scarcity of something like this?

The picture is just not good enough to offer an opinion or to assist attribution. Sorry. PL errors are not uncommon, the larger denomination errors do fetch more gooder prices however......LOL
