I have a Standing Liberty quarter that has some lettering around the rim on the obverse and reverse. I was just checking to see if I could get some information on this. Thanks

I see the lettering between 9 and 12 o'clock on the rim of the reverse. Can you discern what any of the letters are?

More than likely, somebody press this coin between two other coins in a vise. I do not see any other signs of die clash. Not a bad looking 1917 D type 1.
