Nice original surface...perhaps a cleaning 100 + years ago Me thinks yes No real heavy wear, strong strike on the stars...weak strike on the relief of the obverse? reverse shows great detail in the feathers and I don't see the typical wear on the lower (eagles) right leg that generally separates XF from AU details on the reverse relief is that a die crack coming of the eagles nose into the "L" in the motto? anyhoo...I hope its an AU what you you sell this over your respective counters for?
