I see it as June 11th.... 00 0611 00 (00 bookend)

There is not much premium and even then it would be valuable to someone who wants it. Over the years I have found some (4) of these that have family member birthdays / special dates to me.

However there are folks who collect notes with 5 and 6 zeros in SN's...that too is a small subset of collectors.
