Its also special because, as amida17 pointed out. The serial number is a true binary number. Just like with dollar bills. But that price is ridiculous.

Crazy or not an item is worth what someone will pay for it as they say, and 1200 plus fits that rare bars bill....

I bought the entire Star wars collection first 79 figures from first three movies via 1977-80-83. All loose and nice an complete (all weapons minus C3-PO's bag that carries his broken self of Chewbacca's back) recently just because I had never seen it up before via the entire set for the price I got it for and I think I can make some money on it and can't make much on PMz right now, lol. Gotta adapt to the situation....

Perhaps a grey area of value there, where PMz are cut an dry within a 50 bucks usually, minus fool hardy items like that 4 oz. bar....

They are buying that bar probably to complete some pipe dream collection no doubt and good luck making anything on it if one was to sell it now, lol....

Oh I don't know, perhaps it will be commanding Tog Rog Mongolian Wolverine money in a month or two.

If it had Swarovski crystal eyes you know it would, rof.......

That is the image from the first iconic movie poster. Something I think that captured the movie fans imaginations in the late 70's early 80's and was key to the film/series success via the entire prince and princes angle. Or good verses bad, white verse black, dark verse the light, politics. And swords crafted from a laser, no-brainer lol....

It ties so much mid evil and Roman empire undertones in with the future, and perhaps there in lies its long lasting fascination with collectors and sci fi movie fans. That an Lucas was pretty smart in a scientific sense. Just watch that show called something like Star-wars/Star Trek tech....

Many ideas of those two series led to many new practical ideas put to use in our real world. As to say how ahead of the curve thinking was via Lucas and Roddenberry....

George Orwell sure called big brother via 1984 in a similar sense even though he was a bit early with his timeline. But he was right on track, lol....

Most all jobs these days has cameras watching everyone's every move. Big bro at its finest....

Similar piece at .5 gram of gold so they say. Not a terrible price an best offer option considering the ridiculous premiums on half gram gold items....
