Looks like a 1919S to me.

Check to see if VDB is on Lincoln's shoulder. If it is, that would rule out 1909-S.

The shape of the S is wrong to be a 09-S This set of images for location is for the 1909-S VDB. But the shape of the mint mark should help with your search:

Would you say this 1919 S was a struck through since the date and LIBERTY looks like it is

Really too worn to say. Could be a Greaser but with the rims being worn it may just be wear.

Definitely looks like a 1919-S with the additional photos.
