I would say the note is in F-VF condition. With a book value of $315 in F to $500 in VF.

I always figured that these were removed from circulation by bank tellers at the start of their work days.They make a nice little bonus when you can replace from the pile at face value.I personnally check all my bills from any banks and all I ever got was a commun radar note.If you work for Garda or the Brinks you come across these quite often but not us.Good for you.
