My guess as to the marks would be bag marks as most Silver dollars were in bags from the mint. The last one looks to be Ms to my old eyes. Very nice additions to your Morgan dollar collection.

I agree, all are MS coins with the second 1878 being a weak strike. Westcoin nailed the grades in my opinion.

Quote: One is un-circulated, three are circulated. Can you guess which? It is not very hard. Two of them have some parallel lines on the cheek. Newsflash: parallel lines aren't "circulation wear."

The all look uncirculated though I would guess they labeled the first 3 as circulated. MS-62 MS-63 MS-64 MS-63+

The 2 1878's were the blue soft pack "mixed circulated dollars" for $3. The 1883 is in the hard case circulated for $5. The 1884 is the certified uncirculated.
Thanks to everyone who replied. I did not guess the correct condition of these coins. I am using the PCGS photograde. They have some pretty bad looking coins there, and my tired eyes don't see a smooth transition between grades. I don't feel too bad the GSA experts weren't much better. A lot of how a coin photographs is in the lighting. A lot of my photographs make the coin look much worse than it does in person.
