Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I hope this is the right section!

I'm taking pictures, they'll be up soon. I'll finish pictures tomorrow.

I have a circulated American Legacy Collection consisting of:

-1906 Indian Head penny
-1936 Buffalo nickel
-1945 Silver Walking Liberty half dollar
-1942 Silver Washington quarter
-1936 Silver Mercury dime

Walking liberty isn't in very good shape. The silver Mercury dime is in good condition. The rest are decent.

I also have a World War 1 Coin & Stamp Collection that includes:

-1914 Lincoln Wheat cent
-1917 Walking Liberty half dollar
-1942(I think) Buffalo nickel
-1916 Barber quarter
-1918(I think) Mercury dime
-Veterans World War 1 22 cent Stamp
-General John J. Pershing 8 cent Stamp
-Victory Issue 3 cent Stamp

All of these coins are circulated and in poor condition.

Another set I have is the WWII Absolute Coin Collection that includes:

-1943 Steel Cent

-1944 Shellcase Cent

-1945 Shellcase Cent
-1946 Shellcase Cent

-1942 Silver Nickel

-1943 Silver Nickel

-1944 Silver Nickel

-1945 Silver Nickel

These are all in good condition.

All of these have cases and I'm not sure if I should sell them as is, individually, or for their market silver value. Any help would be appreciated! If necessary I can upload pictures.

Hopefully your sets are worth more than just their melt value.

Not sure your reason for posting. If you are looking for help grading them, we would need pictures. If you are asking for possible sale values, again we would need pictures.

Most of these type of sets contain well circulated and/or problem coins that are only worth a small premium over their melt value.

Now some do have better quality pieces in them and also some have unique packaging that can add value. I couple hi-res pics of the entire sets (both sides) will suffice to provide you with a estimate of value.

to CCF. with BH1964. The 1943 cent looks to be re-plated to me.

Looks like your silver coins would be worth melt value.
If the sets have meaning to you or you just like them.
Why not keep them or maybe upgrade to MS coins.
Coin collecting is a great hobby, and you can collect whatever
you like however you want to do it.
