Im not sure if this is caused by the copper deteriorating or road rash but the coin is a 48 I think its super thin compared to the same year cent its lighter and when I do the sound test to the same year cent there is a big difference. Maybe I'm just crazy idk lol I'm sure y'all will be able to help me out thanks. I found this roll searching for Lincoln cents.
Looks like corrosion and/or acid damage to me. Acid can reduce the thickness and weight considerably without hurting the details too much. Maybe it was left outside or buried for quite a while.
