Looks like hub doubling to me. The extra claw type 1&2 remind me of the exact examples of the 1964 and 1965 pieces. I could only find about 6 different types. Some are significant, some are almost too small to mention. It was for me studying hub examples when I found the lathe lines. I also noticed alot on the 2009 and 10's.

Cownick, did you notice when you were studing hub examples of extra claw for the 2000 period, that it is not the claw that causes the doubling but it is the claw's joint?

Yes, on your type 2. On the 60's, It also comes as a third full claw.
There is something inbetween the log ends above the 3rd claw in the 2000's also.
I kept getting all the same ones on the newer coins, that I gave up on them.
Your latest finds are inspiring me again.
