Mark,
I am deeply sorry about this. This piece of dirt, I can assure you, will be caught eventually.

I agree. There are a lot of people reading this, and it seems a lot more people are involved from other sources. One can only hide for so long.

Mark, if you are able to, you can post any additional information on what was stolen in this thread.

here is one pic' of the more identifiable collections of silver. Lost aloso were rolls of 50 cent pieces with one dollar coins going as far back as the early 40's to 50's
also there were hundreds of 25 cent pieces with the loonie series. The key to finding these are due to the way I collecteds them. I would mount them on 8 x 10 cardboard ( thin ) and would use double sided tape to mount them for quick inspection. So these cpoins will have a white and or sticky reidue on the back side of the coins. This system is unique to me.Then they were covered with plastic report covers

This photo is how the wall looked when I had left home. From the tv coverage and newspaper, you can see very little is left. All coins are gone

Here is some good news about the stolen collection in Halifax. On Saturday at 1:30 am, I got an email from the Detective on the case, that the " Drug Squad " have come into a number of collections that match what I am missing. He is off till next Tuesday, and then he will be able to view just what they found. For the drug squad to connect a collection to me, has got to be good news. The culprit's are in jail and have the collection at the cop shop.
