Throughout selling random stuff in ebay I've managed to rack up about 650$ after all fees. I'm looking to buy as much silver for as close to spot. Is there any companies that accept pay pal? Just need opinions!

My first thought was a bullion company like Baird and Co.

I have not done business with them before but they have a good reputation, I just googled them and they do a range of bars (you will have to check exchange rates to see how close to spot they sell) and they have online checkout and worldwide delivery so maybe its possible you can use paypal.

They are a London based company so maybe you want to try something closer to home but they're the sort of firm you are looking for.

The problem is that Paypal charges 2.9% fee and the margins on silver generally aren't that good. Same reason a lot of them don't take credit cards. If you're near any place that sells bullion for cash then moving the money to your bank account may be a better option. Also with cash you can hop on Kijiji or Craig's List and see if there's a private seller in the area.
