I've never been a big fan of Barber coinage myself, but I know there are Barber fans on the forum, and somehow none of the Barber denominations have been hit yet, nor have his V-nicks, which are quite a popular series.

I have a complete set of Barber dimes that I would like to show off, one by one. And the nickels. Quarters missing two and the halves missing one. But that would be boastful.

You were the first person I thought of when the Barber idea came up.

I say CC, follow by O. That takes care of the two main defunct mints. Then do Trades followed by the Barber coins. Once done on the barbers, why not work through the nickels? Shields, then V, the Buffalos were done right? Then go ahead into Jeffersons over in modern. The neat thing about doing CC and O is that each day we can see several different denominations of coins.

CC coins certainly cool, can concur!
(Tried to start every word with C, it's kinda hard!)

Don't have many Barber coins worth posting personally other than a well worn 1893s but I think that any of the Barber series would make a good choice. There are many serious Barber collectors on here that could fill the thread. Seated dollars might be a little too uncommon or expensive for most collectors but it would make a neat thread. I have a couple that I could contribute images of. ~ Joe

I just remembered that the "V" nickel was designed by "Uncle" Charlie Barber. So we are talking the years 1883 to 1916. Toss in the Colombian Commemorative half of 1892. He designed that one too.
While Barbers are not popular, my sets impress everyone who sees them.
Whatever is decided I would appreciate knowing the start date. I often stumble upon these "days of..." threads half way into their runs.

I vote for Liberty nickels also but don't have individual pictures. Just this set pic. I would like to see what everyone else has if the next "days of" choice is Liberty nickels.
