What's next?

I'm thinking about a rerun of the "Dansco 7070 Album" (or equivalent) we have.

Or, a quick "Carson City coins"?

or... ?

Please post your thoughts about a potential for our next "Days of..." Thread!!

I would follow a Carson City coins as a "Days of..." thread.

Since I got my new camera I've been re-taking pictures of all my Mercs!

1916-S Mercury Dime by CaptainFwiffo, on Flickr

I've made a ton of progress since we did these last, but since I spent all my fun money on a new camera, I am still four coins short of the set. So, I am not going to suggest we do Mercury dimes again.

How about something we haven't hit yet... Shield nickels?

Well, I'm always ready to show off my 7070 album, but I think anybody who wants to see it has probably seen it by now...

I've got exactly one CC coin in my collection and would be happy to show it off if we had a CC thread.

Oooh -- how about "30 Days of Cleaned/Whizzed/Polished Coins"? I'd definitely have a lot to contribute to that thread!

As we have addressed most all of the "classic" coins how about a thread on modern such as Franklin halves or even 1986 to date American Bullion. The Bullion could have ASE, AGE (in multiple denominations), American platinum also in multiple denominations, American Buffalo, and even the first spouse issues.

How about "The Days of V-Nickels"? Everyone has some of em and the upper grades are gloriously beautiful. Could really have some Yin and Yang going on with the low ball/high end conflagrations!! PG

I like the CC days.

Or we could follow the 3 days of flying eagles with the two days of 20 cent (and throw in 5 minutes for the other two years).

Here's an option for a week, the seven days of Trade dollars. Six days for the regular strikes and one day for any lucky member who owns one of the later proofs.
