Might be a wrong assumption--as I am fairly new to this and make a lot of them(!), but is this caused by Die Deterioration or is the definition of the line to sharp for that?

I have seen a few like that where the plating has split or is about to split. That is what I am leaning towards. Are the areas you are pointing to the same color as the rest of the coin?

Maybe the same dimple streaks seen commonly on this coin, except in the far eastern bay near 2nd to the last column. That looks more like an partial extra column. Ship the coin to me and I'll use my microscope camera.
