Hi I just got some 2012p dimes that are off center obverse and reverse has anyone heard about them?

I see a slightly misaligned die on the obverse....not enough to be collectible

Not off-center, just a very minor MAD strike. To be an off-center error, the coin must be struck out of collar and equal portions of the design must be missing on both sides. A MAD strike is simply a misalignment of the dies in relation to each other. MADs are struck in collar but the misalignment may be so severe that some of the peripheral devices may be missing on the misaligned side. Minor MADs are very common but those severe enough to be missing detail can be collectible as errors with modest value.
