Just nabbed this snow-9 (obverse clashed with Seated half dollar). They can't be that scarce (since I actually found one), but I've been keeping an eye out for one of these for awhile.

It's been cleaned, but the price seemed OK to me.

Nice cherrypick. No, they're not prohibitively rare, but definitely liquid in the market at any grade.
