On Lincoln cents, many states have been stamped. There are some with a profile of Pres Kennedy, NASA missions, and many others.

They are technically considered PMD. They are usually stamped to commemorate events and they can be made by anyone

I found a '73 with Kennedy on it. I stuck it in an extra spot on my LMC folder.

Over the years I've found nearly a full roll. One special box had 10-15 with the state silhouette. Working on a set of all 50 states. When I tell people, they get a strange look and say "I did not know there was a state cent series out"[.
