GSA holder? I can't tell for sure what I'm seeing on the cheek, but 64 isn't out of the question.

Some rub on the cheek but no deep distracting marks.I would say MS64 possibly MS65. A Beauty. but being a CC I'm sure the grading company would try to hold it back.

Hard to tell from the pics how bad the rub is, but I'd go ms63 or 64.........and then add the CC bump the graders seem to like handing out so I'll guess ms64/65. Why they grade CC's easier than other mintmarks is beyond me, but they most certainly do!

I think it's MS64, so it probably came back as MS65. Sorry, but I don't believe in the grade bump for the CC mint, but the TPG's do, therefore MS65.

Susan, it bothers me as well. They, and I mean pcgs and ngc, are tough on most better date Morgans, yet often slide the CC's through a grade above what they deserve.............until you hit the keys, anyways. That's why it's so important to buy the coin, not the holder.

I was going to say 63 as I own it's twin. Take the 64 and run! It is a good date.

I agree with the MS-64 grade. Nice coin! You were very wise to have it graded IN the GSA holder.
