Just aquired a Microscope camera from a good friend. I am sure I will be able to get better pics than this once I figure it all out but this was just a test shot.

What do you think is this a DDO? If so it is unlisted

when I look in the microscope the images are amazing...But it isn't translating into Amazing Pictures...yet....I just haven't gotten the minor adjustments down yet for the camera. Its inverted so it is not ideal as I am going to have to find or buy a better light source. But hey...it was free :)

Don't know if it's a DDO or not, the right arm of the Y looks thick.

My microscope camera fits into the left stereoscope. The camera rotates so I don't have to move the coin for the picture to look upright. Yours looks complacated.

IMHO, I see doubling in the Y. But it is so minor. A general rule of thumb for IHC collectors is if you can't see it with a 10x loupe, don't expect the coin to be a collectible or listable variety. I double check questionable areas with a 60x loupe, but most have told me that is way overkill.

I notice the doubling with my 16x loupe...I just took pics with the microscope because I just got it. My camera (Nikon DSLR) fits on the mount right about the eye holes. I am sure I will get better with it with practice.

On an '82 LD I'd have to see all of LIBERTY, WE, TRUST and maybe the date. All the devices on a LD are thick to begin with. There are at least two class VI DDOs known.
