There is something I'm not liking about the surfaces. Looks to have been recolored...maybe.
I would go VF25.

Is that the color in hand? Any coin worn down to F-VF should be your everyday, copper brown. If it's not, it's been cleaned and retoned.

In hand the colour does not look as nice as it does in the pics and compared to the coins around it the o9 looks similar to the others

well I can live with it. I aint gonna sell it any time soon
Just got 2 to go 3 if I decide to get a 22 plain and those will be in a slab.
