Picked this up the other day. Very slightly bent. But the price was right. After examining it further when I got home It looks to have the bottom of the 7 Under the Last 8

The second to last Feather is not weak. And the low grade makes it near impossible to identify any break in the Denticles above TE in United.

Hi--I can state conclusively that your coin is a different obverse die than Snow-1 1888/7.
This is determined by the position of the date in relation to the bust. Here is the Snow-1:

DVCollector is correct. It is possible that it could be one of several other minor RPDs, but there is too much gunk to tell which.

Btw--I can also see how there's something in the top loop of the last "8", and it could be construed as a 7. I collect overdates, and have seen such a thing before. If you're still curious, you could send it to Rick Snow for his opinion.
