Welcome. Nice variety. I highly recommend that you send this coin to Rick Snow for grading and attribution, before sending it in to PCGS or NGC. His site is indiancent.com
Cheers.

Since the glare is so bad, I have a hard time saying anything other than AU minimum. I would certainly send it into ANACS for grading.

Yes I know.. ughh I can't figure out how to properly take a picture of any coins! To think I wasted my money on a Nikon D60 :( Coin looks much better in person I promise! Any tips on taking pics?

If the glares from the flash try lighting the coin on its own and turning off the flash. Thats about all I have for photo picks other than I know some members also put a cut up milk gallon jug over the coin and take the picture through the whole in the top

I see a broken wing tip - reminds me of a Snow Variety! Send to Rick Snow.

Just a heads up, I see what appears to be some cleaning on the reverse. I would not be surprised if it was cracked out of a problem slab at one point. Beautiful coin, for sure! My favorite series. :D

I would say AU58, looks to me to be some light rub on the eagle's breast. Otherwise, a nice strike on the obverse, a littler weaker on the reverse.

Low MS, 62 or so.I dont see the wear David sees. But then my eyes arent what they used to be. LOL
I see what is making sandman worry, and he may be right, but not sure. At worst you are looking at an AU58 details cleaned reverse. As I said, send her off to ANACS and pay for research on the coin. I know squat about varieties, but if what the others are pointing out is so, then you want that attribute as well.

the snow variety I was thinking of is the S4 - missing wing tip hub, a bit different than yours. In this variety, the first S in STATES shows a double die. Just to rule it out, can you post a closeup of this letter, or otherwise look at it under a magnifying glass and see if you see any doubling?

the broken wing tip hub is actually the 1858 LL, and is S1. this is what yours looks like, so either you have a new variety, or your wing took a hit. Sent it to Rick Snow and get it examined for $4.
