I think this one is Krause #459 listed on page 303 of the Standard Catalog (Krause). Issued in 1936, it's valued at $2.50 in VG. Yours appears to be close to that grade. Issued as stated by the Farmers Bank of China.

I believe that your note from The Farmers Bank of China is a 1935 issue (Pick 459a) and because of its apparent condition has nominal value in cash.
