Last night I found a 1957 dime, a 2012 British penny, and a 2011 Spanish 5 euro cent.

I happened to be passing by a machine yesterday as a user was pulling their receipt. I noticed coins stacked on the shelf, in the reject bin and on the floor in front of the machine and alerted the person as he left. He smirked, rolled his eyes and went on his way. I picked up $7+ in US coins, $3+ in Canadian coins, a 20P GB coin, a $1 car wash token and a 1925 partial date Buffalo nickel.

Loving the 20P coin... Don't see a lot of them in SE Michigan.

That was perfect timing nfine, congrats! I found a 1981 Canadian quarter, a 2016-P Theodore Roosevelt ATB, an arcade token, and a washer in my bank counting machine today, which was a more interesting haul than usual.

Yesterday, I had a find that one can only dream about.

I was at the grocery store, saw a guy using the Coinstar, so I walked around the store and waited for him to finish. When I got back, the reject tray was LOADED. It took me 4 tries to get it all out, and my pockets were weighed down afterward. Looking through the change, most of it was common, but there was this:

-3 40% half dollars
-3 silver quarters- a 1941, 1957, and 1961
-10 silver dimes
-a handful of wheat pennies, including some from the teens.

And by the way, I wasn't joking when I said this is a find one can only dream about. This score happened to me in a vivid dream I had last night and remembered upon waking up!

Just happened to be at the customer service counter, right next to Coinstar machine. Two different people depositing but as usual, they picked up their rejects. So I asked if I could look and buy any foreign or interesting coins, this is what I got, two nickels really...the larger one is a 1969S, only thing can really make out, must have been done by a powerful hydraulic press, 2 times on the thin edge, can use it as a box opener or guitar pic, other is one half of two-sided coin.
