Finally found something in the Giant Eagles Coin Star machine today - no Idea what it is but I've been skunked so many times I couldn't believe I actually found something. A little smaller than a Lincoln Cent.
Nice find!

I always use self-checkout when I can. I do look at the coin return, but I have found nothing.

I always like to do the "cash back" option and get 9 cents change back each time... I usually will purchase some bananas early in the morning when it isn't busy, and ring them up one by one (I need 10 such transactions a month using my bank debit card to avoid a fee). So far, I haven't found anything... but I will keep at it!

Three Coinstars today, and nothing... not even a measly silverfish.

My streak continues. Yesterday's haul was 3.25 in spending money plus a 1966 silver quarter and two British coins.

I also broke a drought yesterday. There were 4 Canadian dimes, including a 1968 nickel dime and a 2001 Volunteer sitting on the Coinstar machine counter as well as a buck and a half in the reject bin.

Yesterday I picked up two Canadian dimes and a nickel, and a US dime and quarter from the Coinstar. None were keepers but my Coinstar streak goes on!
