1983 nickel, 1974-D copper cent and a few zinc cents looking under the machine. There was a 1982-D small date but alas it was zinc.
Free money.

Not at the coinstar but on the ground right outside the Walmart entrance was a 2003 dime and a 1988 penny!

Been crazybusy with life and work changes lately - found $2.08 in one of the local Coinstars on October 10th and a 1964-D dime was amongst the coins... yesterday, found $2 in quarters in another Coinstar in the same shopping mall.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Nice finds! The free money is wonderful but it's always fun to see silver in circulation. Even if it is a 1964.

Found a 1996 Canadian dime today in the reject slot, which I'll give to my daughter.

Cheers!

Almost two bucks of loot in the coin counting machine at the grocery store. Almost paid for my mushrooms for grilling! Nothing special for dates or varieties, I already checked.

I found a used button/coin battery in the reject slot today. Does that count?

@AllSeasons did you find any pop tabs or pull tabs? Those tend to carry a significant premium, especially the Pepsi Nitro. Just be sure to check if it is a knock off Chinese counterfeit.

I heard that some people are starting to collect the Chinese counterfeit Pepsi Nitro tabs. On ebay, they are calling them "soda can Hennings". Well pulled counterfeit tabs carry a significant premium.
