Does not mean they are being checked regularly. Just means that people are just getting their returns.

At a Walmart today, I got to a Coinstar IMMEDIATELY after some guy was taking his cash voucher, so I checked the reject slot, and there was a 1972 1 Franc coin from Belgium in there. Pretty good timing especially because it was near the customer service desk and lots of people were waiting in line.

CC110, I was at a Walmart yesterday. As soon as I walked in I saw a young kids check the coinstar and there was nothing in it. Later while in the check out line I noticed a lady was cashing in coins. It was perfect timing because after I completed my transaction she walked away from the machine. There was 57 cents (5 dimes a nickel and 2 cents) and what seems to be a 10 cent type piece from Israel. I'll post a pic of it later. This was my first time checking the coinstar reject bin edit: 10 new sheqalim found in coinstar machine

Was this at a Walmart in NJ? Because you may have seen me checking it depending on what time you were there.

Well if it was Somerset county, NJ, you definitely saw me! I was with my friend and went back multiple times, but the first time around, I did find that foreign coin mentioned before. Do you CRH around your area? I'm just wondering since I may or may not have received your dumps, as I recently opened a solid nickel roll that said "64-D" on the side and sure enough, it had nothing but 1964-D nickels.

Any luck in NJ roll hunting? We are originally from there and never much luck with finding any silver. Never found anything in Coinstars either. Good luck!

I haven't hunted that much, but the only silver I've found so far is in the half dollars and one silver dime in $200 CWR each time I pick them up.

Yesterday at the grocery store coinstar - 83 cents from the reject tray (53 Lincolns and three clad Roosies) and on the ground just under the front of the machine an unc. 59-D Roosie.
One of the 53 Lincolns was a 57-D wheatie.
