About one year ago my friends buddy needed some money for a personal reason and wanted to use his Morgans as collateral. He gave me 20 and I lent him 350 dollars. After 6 months I told him I could no longer hold the coins and he said he would be unable to pick the coins up and I could keep them. I decided to go through and see what was there. When he only wanted 17.50 dollars each it really didn't matter what the dates were as long as silver value was more than the loan. Most of them turned out to be 1921's and a few older O's. Then I found this little gem. An 1889cc. I sent it off to PCGS. The 350 would have been a steal for the CC by itself. This is my best Morgan and probably my best non gold US coin. What's your guess?
