Yes. Your coin has some meec. doubling on the date but is otherwise identical to the coin pictured on page 479 of A detailed Analysis of Lincoln Cent Varieties by Billy Crawford.
1997, 1998, and 1999 are all known for this anomaly. Evidently at some part of the die making process the master had the D on it for all of the master dies. The D was ground off for the Philly dies, but on some it was not completely removed. The coins are rather common, but still sell at some modest premium to people who still don't realize they are so common.
The 1998 and 1999 cents are far less common than their 1997 cousins.
