Obverse especially is heavily textured with tiny pockmarks and there is no visible luster. Surfaces do not look original. Grade appears to be in the EF area and there is not much premium on this "rare scarce" date until you reach problem-free AU. It's currently at $255 and isn't worth any more IMO. I'd pass altogether since I much prefer problem-free gold, even if it costs more.
