Just curious but how can anything that contains a number besides 0 or 1 be binary?

For collectors, not binary as in computer language, binary as in only two different decimals

Me being a computer guy I always have a problem calling anything besides 0's and 1's a binary also but I see the term used in the note section with anythying that only has two different digits in the serial number

@Bryan

I had a somewhat similar problem with a brand of root beer they used to sell where I was from. When I would see a can of it, my mind would automatically say "hi res root beer" instead of "Hires Root Beer" b/c (and this was a long time ago), a form of BASIC I was using at the time had graphics commands of "Hires and Lores" for switching screen resolutions. Funny the things computers do to us

@Ceylon - cool find!
How much squash could a Sasquatch squash if a Sasquatch would squash squash?

That's a nice binary repeater you got there!

Just a side note about the binary term. Every description sooner or later is hijacked. The term binary does refer to a combination of zeros and ones. But the people started calling anything with two distinct digits binary. So people started calling the zero/one combo "true" binary. But naturally that term has been hijacked as well. Go on ebay and do a search for true binary and you will see what I am talking about.
