I've heard somewhere that they get discounts for coins worth more than the actual face value of the coin ... Might have been a false saying :)

The roundness of the Earth is more in question than the non-suckiness of the Leafs.

The Earth is an oblate spheroid.
The Leafs suck.

See?

Rest in Peace

"As far as I know, coin dealers (including CP) usually have 15% - 25% margin on the issue price for NCLT."

If I remember correctly, when the first $20 for $20 came out... Canada Post's price was $25 each....suggesting that they did NOT get a discount on the $20 price.
