For the OP's coin, I see nothing but Machine Doubling.

You have to be careful using ebay links when trying to confirm the existence of an RPM or doubled die. That seller has horribly misattributed the coin and seems to think that a doubled mintmark equals a double die[sic]. Mintmarks will only be affected by a doubled die after 1989 when the hand-punching of the mintmark stopped and it became part of the hub design. However, there is no doubling of any type visible in those photos, not even Machine Doubling, so I have no idea what kind of imaginary fairy dust the seller was smoking when he came up with that auction

I have been a avid error and varieties collector for a while, you have to buy from reputable dealers and error specialists, my advise is look at other real doubled die's, RPM and broadstruck coins, compare to what you got. And read The price guide to error and varieties, there are lots of reference.

Fred Weinberg known error specialist sells on ebay and some of his error coins doesn't break a collector wallet, and is the real deal!
