Its a little ramstrike IMO. Its suprising its seen circulation and not been damaged. The only one I have found was an Australian 1c and it had been bent a little.

It is a finned rim error, the planchet extruded between the die and collar during striking. There are a few causes, some of which are overweight planchet, excessive striking pressure, and collar damage. It is a nice sized fin and I am surprised that it has survived in an undamaged state.
