This one is in an old NGC holder....pretty intense toning on this one as well. What do you think?

Toned coins can be challenging to grade from photos. Just a guess, MS-65?

I have no idea on mercs, but I will take a stab at MS63. Tough to see if it is split bands due to the toning. From what I can see I don't think it's quite there.
