It's a cleaned AU coin worth just a hair over melt, about $15.

When I search ebay I filter out all the "buy it now" coins, most of the sellers who do that are asking way more then the coins worth hoping someone who doesn't know any better will come along and buy it. Occasionally you can find a good deal in the buy it now section but not often.

the quality of the images should be a red flag.

Night Hawk I do the same thing, some sellers have hugely ridiculous buy it now options and it just makes too much to sift through for that rare gem. And even the ones without the ridiculous buy it nows go right off numismedia or the RedBook. Without me being able to judge the coin in hand and having to take a look at your pics to see if its worth it I am not going to pay full retail. If you want full retail the coin needs to be sent off and graded otherwise the seller needs to realize the coin is only going to get grey sheet and not full retail. I am more than happy to pay greysheet on an ebay auction.

As to Night Hawk and sirdizzy post I tend to agree however with the buy it now option you'll see best offer added and I have had some success with that route.

It probably wouldn't do you any good to make an offer on this coin. He has one already and it probably isn't much more than melt value. So the likelihood that he would accept your offer is not very high. The color of the coin suggests he is hiding something, probably that it was cleaned, so pass on this one as there will be a better one to buy soon enough.
