I am not sure if it's your camera or what but the PCGS insert does not appear to have uniform ink flow. The "P" in "PCGS" is lighter than "CGS" for starters.

Other than that, most signs would point to "GO", but it is out of my price range, as are most G$3

It has a nice Die Clash as well!

I believe you are looking at the pictures that oih82w8 posted and not the op because the OP's pictures are way to small to even determine authenticity. I really have no idea what the OP is asking from us either in his post as he already told us the grade but its in the grading section. and really didn't ask anything. There is also no way to tell from his photos what it would grade, we would need clear shots of the Obverse and Reverse to give a opinion on grade. The PCGS slab label doesn't look right to me but it could be the picture as mentioned I guess but without seeing better pictures I am not convinced the op's coin is even real. The $3.00 Gold coins are HIGHLY counterfeited. The pictures oih82w8 posted are of the coin this is supposed to be but there is no pictures of the slab provided on the auction site to see if the label looks anything like the picture provided here. If we can see a clearer picture of the coin itself we can see if they match up but we have nothing to work with as of yet. So unless the op can either post a better picture of the coin or at least be able to match up everything on both coins I am going to have to hold off on a judgment on the coin either way just because we have nothing to work with here except pictures where it sold at auction in 2011

bobbart, if you are having problems getting the picture sized for the forum you can send me the original unedited pictures and I will crop them and re-size them for the forum for you. If you want me to do that just let me know in here and I will email you and all you will need to do is attach the pictures to a reply and I will post them for you. If you are just posting the sellers pictures and that's all you have well then I guess we will have to wait until you can get better pictures. If this is the case when you do receive the coin please do post pictures of the label and coin because it really concerns me about how that label looks in the photos

Assuming the coin that you have and the one in the stacks auction are the same, I think you did good. The coin in the auction is attractive and appears to be accurately graded.
