I would say MS64 BN, but the toning makes it hard to tell if there are marks or not. Also, the reverse pic looks distorted.

Super nice coin but do I see some flatness on the reverse ribbon and wear on the high spot lock of hair?

NGC graded it MS-63 BN. The pictures make the cent look darker than it is in hand. It really is a gorgeous coin and I'm very glad to have it in my collection
