Full Liberty with just a touch of weakness on some letters, but I think they would give this a F12, even with the scratches on the reverse through the ONE DIME- those scratches are not major. Nice key date coin!

I think that it is an F12 (barely), but more important then the scratches on the rev, are the marks on the face on the nose and under the eye. In different light those might look more like cleaning marks and could net a details grade on this.

F-12. The split band in the knot of the bow and the corn kernels both say so.
All 7 letters in Liberty show, although weak.
As for the scratches, that is caused after many years in circulation. Not too bad. Which ones are on the plastic
and which ones are on the coin?

If you want a 1909 Lincoln Cent, Panda, look in the giveaway and contest area. Only Canadians need apply.
I have sent out six and have ten more.
Rest in Peace

Its a high Fine IMO, close to VF (the band is stronger but its a closeup) but I'd say a net F-12

You are right , PCGS grade this coin as F15.

Another question is "How much will you pay for this coin?"

For various reasons, you aren't allowed to sell on here until you have 250 posts : (

If you're just asking a ballpark price, then maybe...$1000 tops with the minor problems would be fair based on heritage. I'd try to get it for $800.
