Tough to tell; I'm not sure I can see any pitting around the OL. Have a look at the writeup here:

Your coin should closely resemble that.

This isn't a VAM-4B, its either a VAM 28A or 32. That is a "G" and not an "I" in front of the neck. The wing clash mark that is coming off the bottom of the chin indicates that. That wing clash would be off the front of the neck if it had a clashed "I". On the reverse you should have a clash mark that goes from the wing to the G in God. Without a good picture of the reverse, I can't tell you which of the two it is. The obverse die is the same for the 28A and 32 , with the reverse dies being different.

Thank you very much for your reply. This link is a scan of the reverse. If you need up close let me know.

As your looking at the eagle, above the left leg, which is on the right side now, you will see where the wing feathers are polished out next to the body. There is also a small single polishing line from the top of the bow to the center tailfeather. This is a VAM 32 which is sometimes mistaken for the VAM 28A, but both are of the "TRIGGER" variety. Both Vams are I-3 and R-5 coins. You also take good pictures.

Thanks, your pretty good at this.
How are you at an 1887 Morgan clashed die?
I posted this a while back and I have had no luck.
It is pretty interesting. If you look at the eagle on the reverse, under his neck you will see a clash. Let me know your thoughts.

If this coin was mine, I'd send it to Leroy to have him look at it. There's a good possibility it hasn't been vamed yet. It has half of an "N" in front of the neck and I don't see one like this listed.
