I would only buy one from a EAC dealer or well known dealer and only slabbed, too many fakes

I would suspect an altered Gallery Mint piece. It doesn't match any of the known varieties but it comes closest to S-16 but the shape of the 9 in wrong, the positioning of the digits are off and on the reverse the positioning of several of the leaves are wrong for the J rev. The depression on the rev above ONE is just about where GMM placed the word copy. Of course GMM or someone else either way it is a fake, but a decent one that would probably fool a lot of people.

Someone spent a lot of time aging this piece. The depression where the word COPY was on reverse is very evident.
