I'm not sure I'd go much over 63 for this one; the gouges on the cheek seem pretty deep. Have a look at the vee of the neck. I see what looks like a rather unique die crack there, characteristic of the VAM-19 "Bar Wing" series.

I would have to say a 64+ on this one. And there appears to be a die clash on the neck of liberty that might make it a scarce VAM.

The basement slabbers today would call that a 67 or higher. That is accurate in my opinion.
