Is that damage or Struck Through Grease. Looks like grease to me. If its grease I cant see why it wouldnt be UNC.

I believe UNC as used by nickelsguy,refers to a coin that has been removed from a set rather than a circulation strike.Appears to be so from your pics.The strike-through is what would give this coin any value above face.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
