It may not be much, but I have noticed that on ebay, bicentennial quarters in circulated condition (but guaranteed not damaged or destroyed) got for about $15 per $10 roll, or $150 for 10 rolls. It seems consistent.

I have read a lot of posts that say they are worth only face. Of course, ebay will take $1.5 from the $5 profit on selling a roll, making it only a $3.5 profit. Still, its fun to have more things to pull from rolls! I have been getting a lot of drummers lately and now I save them! I'm sure as time goes on, their value will only increase, if anything! Here's hoping!

I have always saved drummer boys, even from when I was a kid my grandmother saved them from her change for me. They sit nicely in my plastic tubes. =)

Keep an eye on the drum. A well struck drum is a key grading cue.

I listed 17 rolls of AU/BU bicentennials on craigslist, at b.o. over $10, not a single bite so I spent 'em.

If you can make a profit that you are ok with then go for it. They can be found very easy roll searching and everyone saved them when they came out so there will be many in ms condition out there, so I see little if any premium over face value in the future. Unless you find a high grade, that is.

but what about the paypal fee and then the 2 bucks to ship it plus the packaging material? if you sold ten at a time it might be worth it though if you got the $150. there are a lot of different ways to make money on ebay. so give it a shot

Buyer pays shipping. Packing material is included in that.
I just saw a roll go for $20! Definitely a good sale.
Trust me, I calculate a lot before I bother selling something on ebay. I have sold all kinds of video games, cell phones, trading cards, and even some coins on ebay.
You have to get some experience and be able to estimate shipping costs in order to sell efficiently! However, even if you put the shipping price too low, most people bid the difference because they are calculating too!
For example, they see an item for $15 free shipping, and another identical item for $12 with $4 shipping, they know what's cheaper!

I find lots of bicentennials in change. I like to throw a few in Christmas stockings for my siblings each year. I collect about 50 per year- more if I'm lucky. Averages out to about 1 a week. I save every one I find, no matter the condition. Plus, I like the design.

All quarters are worth a minimum of $.25, no matter the condition or the year. And even though they were minted for 2 years, people like them, so they are willing to pay a little more for them.

True! It's all supply and demand. PEople always point out the lack of rarity when saying they are worth 25 cents, but what they forget is demand!
Besides, to know what something is really worth, just look at what people pay for it! That was why I made this thread, because I watched them go for as much as double face.
