Getting unveiled in Ottawa today, released in circulation today or tomorrow. Will you be picking any UNC ones from the bank? Yeah, you will be able to get them from most large banks today (I think smaller banks should have them by the end of the week.
I will be picking some up today.

I tried 2 RBCs today in Montreal, including the main branch and they had some at the main branch, but only as a gift and they would cost you more than 20$ each. I will wait for tomorrow and hopefully they will have them available at the main branch here.

got caught up with car troubles, didnt get a chance to hit the banks. Will for sure try tomorrow. Wonder if they will let me look though the bills and just give them back. haha

I am not sure. I went there again and they told me they have them for more than FV at the currency exchange place at the main RBC Montreal branch. I was curious so I checked and they had actual individual 20$ banknotes and for FV :D They don't have many so far, but I was able to get my hands on 10 of them.

That's weird, I have never heard of a bank charging more then FV for notes/coins.
At least you did manage to get some at FV though.
