Decisions...decisions.

Won an auction on CCF for an Intercept Shield type set book, sent a postal money order, & seller received. Seller replied a week later "envelope got wet, cannot read your address". Emailed address, again (was also in orginal emails).

So...do I buy a new Type set book or just put the 2x2's in plastic pages?

How frustrating. That's why I like paypal. It won't get wet when sent online :)

I'd do whatever you like most. If I were you i'd buy another album because I like albums. But you should do what you would like more in the end!

Agreed...thinking the same thing. Quite different when you can see the transgressions through the years in a type set.

a local shop here has very nice used dansco 7070 albums.

if youre interested, I would be more than happy to broker one and send it your way. I will pick it up, send it with receipt and just ask what I paid... no worries.

send a pm if you want.

good luck!

Sounds like a copout on the buyer's behalf. As a seller, you have to make whatever necessary arrangements to make sure your goods get to the buyer. Wet envelope or not, my emails or private messages don't get wet!

acloco, If I'm reading this right the seller here on CCF has your money for this book, you should get your money back or the book. If nothing is done then email Mom or Dad.

It sucks, yes...but it is what it is. I have spent $30 in a lot worse ways.

Notch this one to experience.

Hondo - PM inbound.
