This old penny has no date and has been rumbling around in a loose collection of coins. It is about 27 mm and appears to have WHC in script with a Seated Harpist on opposite (Irish?) Can a member ID this coin?

Ah! I've just been looking at these. This is a conder token. Struck from copper to make up for the lack of change in the UK just before 1800. The date would be under Britannia. To the left of 'Half penny' is the name of the place it was struck to circulate in.

The reverse is probably the initials of the moneyer that commissioned it.

Read aroun the edge, it should have an edge inscription.

Indeed, an Irish Conder token, so that's not Britannia on the obverse; it's Hibernia! The "cipher" monogram on the reverse reads "W H Co." The legend is PAYABLE AT SWORDS OR DUBLIN. The obverse reads FINGALL HALFPENNY. Here is an example of one with alternate obverse legend:
