I picked this up as part of a collection. I don't know much about US errors but I know if this was a Canadian quarter it would be quite desirable. Would anyone care to guess at the value of something like this? Thanks for any opinions.

It appears to be a partial collar error, not off center. I have no idea on value but I do know that I have never seen a 20c error before

I would need to see a picture of the edge to be sure it is in fact a partial collar error or not but it does kind of look like it in the photos

Is there an S or CC mintmark. This will make a huge difference, even as an error. Depending on condition it looks au, low ms from the photos with a possible cleaning, and whether or not this is actually a partial collar or broadstruck, there will be a wide price range. List some better pics and specifics and we'll be much more able to help you and possibly pinpoint value.

Sorry I was posting when you posted, It has an S mark. I don't think it has been cleaned although it has some hairline scratches

Some better photos. the photos make the toming look a bit odd but in hand the toning looks quite natural.

Looks like a tilted partial collar strike.
